Room Guidelines and FAQ
Room Scope
* This is a Christian room and is dedicated to the glorification of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. To spread the gospel and minister to his people.
* Nehemiah Center Room is a missionary outreach of Full Life Ministries International and is accountable to its’ apostolic authority.
* The Nehemiah Center Room is hosted by The Nehemiah Center for Worship and Rehabilitation – FLMI of Bangor Pennsylvania.
Administrative Guidelines and Requirements
* Administrator hierarchy –
1. Members of FLMILW and CTOMC staff
2. Members of Nehemiah Center
3. Nehemiah Center guest teachers
4. Other members of the Christian community
* Every admin must at the least be a professing Christian and be of mature temperment.
* At no time will a non believer be permitted to administrate.
* RESPECT will be a key word for admins. We require it from our visitors and we are required to show it to them.
* TRUTHFUL on a Biblical level is absolute. No admin may bring forth a doctrine or theology that cannot be fully backed up by scripture. While we strive to be gentle and loving we cannot and must not deny the truth found in Gods word.
Room Administration
* No Foul Language: This is completely up to the judgment of the administrators
* No Blasphemy: Jesus is our Lord and God and His name and being will be treated with respect.
* No Promotion of sexual deviance: Please refer to our point 17 of our statement of faith for clarification.
* No Debate regarding the existence of God: If that is what you wish to do we suggest going to debate faith room
* This is not a “Truther” or “NWO” room! : We respect our brothers who find this a very important topic but that is not our scope here please respect us!
* Clothing: When on camera you are to be properly dressed. This goes for males and females alike. This means no being shirtless or dressing in beach or revealing attire. In instances where the infraction may be accidental the administrators will try to verbally warn but are not required to.
* Take your turn: Mute your dock when not speaking and raise your hand to request to speak.
* Don’t be a mic Hog: During times that it is crowded please be sensitive to the others in the room and don’t talk forever.
* Promotion of questionable behavior: Drinking alcohol, smoking, drug use on camera is not permitted. Admins may also request you undock for other reasons as they deem appropriate.
* Topic is over: From time to time a senior administrator may deem it best to move off of a topic. Once this is announced please respect the wishes of the administrators and cease the discussion on that topic.
* Order of Service:
1. Salvation comes before anything else. We are here to witness and to answer true questions.
2. Prayer right after that (In the case of URGENT prayer requests ‘my child just went into seizure’ stop the room and pray NOW other wise you can wait till the end of the current event ‘I need prayer for my job search’).
3. Teaching – Word of prophecy – Word of Knowledge comes next (please during any of the above try to keep the room in an attitude of respect for what is going on ‘no idle chit chat’).
4. Fellowship – Chit Chat – Topical discussions
* Opening and Closing should always be done in prayer.
* HAVE FUN! Sorry to make this sound like the Magna Carta! Have fun in the room, let your hair down and dance before the master. Smile let the joy of the Lord fill your heart and show on your face. Jesus LOVES YOU! Bless you for your service! Thank you for your faithfulness. If you have suggestions to additions or corrections to this FAQ let me know!
